Terms of Service

1. Acceptable use

You must own the rights to any image you upload or have permission to use it. Do not create content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy, including non-consensual or misleading depictions of real people or content that is illegal in the United States. You are responsible for your uploads, prompts, and outputs.

2. Content ownership

You retain rights to your inputs. We grant you a license to use outputs subject to third-party rights and the restrictions in these terms and our policies.

3. Service availability

GPU rendering is best-effort and can take time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific job durations.

4. Billing

You maintain a prepaid USD balance (minimum top-up $5). Successful generations deduct the GPU rental cost plus a disclosed platform service fee (currently 20%) when the job completes. You cannot start new jobs with less than $1 available. Failed jobs are not charged for completed usable output, subject to our support process.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our policies.
